Ok I got a chance to try Cleartune cell phone tuner app last night and it is pretty good and only $4.
Your best bet for for the most accurate readings is to hook a mic up to your phone for better readings.I first tried it with just the phone and for whatever reason it barely registered that I was making a sound with my harp and it's a good phone, the Droid 2.
It did well with a simple cell phone headset mic but I am sure it will be even better if a higher quality mic is used.I saw a tutorial video on tuner apps and one hooked up an SM57 to his cell phone.
I checked Cleartune with a harp I had tuned by Randy Sandoval using an actual strobe tuner and the app seemed very accurate. It has all the features a good tuner should have including truly custom frequency setting ability, different types of tunings and needle dampening.
I plan on checking it against an actual tuner asap to see just how accurate it is.
Cleartune can also be used with pretty much any instrument that you can tune and I can see it coming in very handy for all kinds of musicians.

Doesn't seem to be too may nerdy Droid user harp players here. I have ClearTune as well, no complaints.
I have also used gStrings - free version. Simple but effective, not sure of the accuracy but you can practice your bends with the tuners if you don't use/have Bendometer.

I have gStrings and Da Tuner, too. But so far I prefer Cleartune for its features. There is a reason they charge for this one.
I can't justify $10 for an app which is what the Bendometer costs.I stopped using it on my computer once he started charging for it.$25?!

I use Gstrings and it's good enough for me. I use my DroidX phone every day for harp learning , I use mp3cutter to chop down harp parts that I want to figure out , and than I set up my player to repeat the part until I got all the stuff done , than move on. ---------- Free video harp tabs and backing tracks

Just found a cool app for practicing called Rehearsal Assistant and it's free. Right now it is for your phone only but on their site they mention how it will be integrated soon to work with your computer, too.
The recording quality is really nice. To me anyway. I have never recorded myself to see how I sound and this helped a lot with letting me know what I need work on.
