It was my birthday this week and my brother came for some bbq. We where aving a conversation about what I would buy if I had gear money. While we where looking a some stuff on the net he ordered me a Fab Echo.

Anybony using one has advice?

I got one off eBay last week and it's a great little pedal. If your after an all singing all dancing pedal this is not for you but if your looking for some decent slapback which fattens the sound out nicely then this pedal will do just that.

I'm really happy with it.

Isaac from this forum has done a video for YouTube where he mods the Fab echo. I would embed the vid but I'm on my phone.

Thanks Ant. I saw Isaac's video and read a review on Blues Harp Amps blogue. It will be my first pedal, just trying to gather all the info I can find. Didn't whant something fancy, going to use it with my Danelectro Honeytone and my SUKM Silver Bullet.

Ive never used a Honeytone amp but ive got one of Rons Custom mics. The Fab Echo will sound really good with one of Rons mics.

great kit but a warning-Danelectro gear ain't that reliable- no big deal as its dirt cheap but I've had several delays and a honytone amp (which works a treat for harp btw) and have had to do a lot of repairs on 'em....
