Who needs Skype,Youtube lessons or peers-all you need is the right app!

Hohner App

I'll have to take the word from you tech-saavy guys as to whether it's any good or not, as I still have a rotary-dial cell phone.

I don't think it's worth the money. I looked at what you got, what you could get for free elsewhere and decided it wasn't any use to me.

I found it more comical than anything else. I guess I'm too old-fashioned. I'm the kind of guy who never goes to self checkouts at the store if there's a human available. I'll wait in line just to have human interraction to spare myself the frustration of some stupid machine telling me to 'Please take your items out of the bag. Help is on the way'...

I'm with ya todd.

I've always thought that guitar hero stuff was stupid too. If kids spent all that time actually playing guitar instead of learning how to get to "expert" status on a video game, they'd actually be able to play guitar. Likewise with the video games that require you to actually mimic athletic movements. Instead of standing in front of a giant flat panel pretending to swing a tennis racket, why not go outside on a nice sunny day and PLAY FREAKIN TENNIS!!!

Hey I'm no internet luddite, I mean I'm on here right, but the need to simulate every freakin experience of the human condition on the internet is getting a little ridiculous.

OK, rant over, which way to the Curmudgeons Anonymous meeting?

On the other hand, this 'app' might be right up some folks' alleys, especially if they're totally new to the instrument, and are in BFE without other players to consult.
