Here it is bad lighting,bad video compression, hot as hell and one tired
harmonica player. I promised some people I would do it
so I always try to be true to my word.
At 4:13 I say you can go down to 4 and 5 it should be
3 and 4.

So did you lose all that weight eating brown rice and tofu?

Good lesson, I think beginners need to be reminded of stuff like this.

Great! Emile, you and I teach shakes in a very similar way. I also have another method that I can show you at SPAH. I do not use my hand as a stopper for the hand shake, though, but my thumb hits my cheek and I believe does the same thing.

I don't know how you thought of the Tofu and Brown Rice name, but I think it's a keeper.
