Roll up Roll up!! "Crooked Heart Of Mine", the new Giles Robson and The Dirty Aces" is album is streaming in it's entirety at our new site. We also have a free MP3 an video to give away.
We got first position, we got second position and we got third position diatonic harmonica playing! What's more we have a leeeetle bit of Chromatic thrown into the mix for good measure!!!!

I like that single on the website: "The Mighty Incinerator." Nice variation on the standard 12-bar pattern; you put some English (so to speak!) on the tail ends of your notes, and you put some unexpected arpeggios on the tail ends of your phrases--the kind of stuff that makes me say, "Hmmmm, I need to play that back and see what he's doing there."
Originality is good. You put your own stamp on the music. I like it.

Amazon delivered mine yesterday and I've been playing it non stop in the car since:o)
It's catchy as hell and Giles plays some amazing harp.

Ha! No just scattered! We had to get the video done in a hurry and the band are spread out in three different places - Poland, UK and Jersey Channel Islands. We're filming live performances in July, so more footage to come with the whole band:)

Got the album a few weeks ago and i've got to say I'm liking it more and more each day. Favorite song at the mo is 'some kinda king'.
I've got the One good reason ep and the album with Mud Morganfield but the new album is by far my favorite. I'm enjoying the variety of styles especially the more accoustic style of some of the tracks.
I'd give it a go if you haven't already.
