I realize this is an unusual amp for a harp player, but I've been blowing thru this for about a year now and I really like it... However, one of the speakers has given up the ghost (made my last gig quite interesting... Nothing quite like playing from memory because you can't hear yourself onstage!). So I thought I'd come here for thoughts on a budget friendly replacement speaker.
A couple words on the Super 210. It is a tube amp with a solid state bias. I replaced the Fender tubes with Groove Tubes about 6 months ago. I almost always use the clean channel on the amp, though I have been known to kick over to the dirty side from time to time for a gig to change things up. I currently play thru an RCA 88E, though I am looking to upgrade to a JT30 soon b/c of constant feedback issues with the 88E.
Now I need to replace a speaker in the Super 210, so I'm looking for a little advice on where to go. I figure if there is a speaker out there that is reasonably priced but would yield a better tone than the oem part, I may as well upgrade while I'm at it. I'm mostly curious to hear you fellas experiences with replacing speakers in Fender tube amps, specifically which ones you like the best. Thanks in advance!

I would install the Weber 10125P speakers as a set- this amp accepts alnico and ceramic speakers, but if your using it for harp only, those Webers are hard to beat. The less expensive alternative is the Weber Alnico Sig 10-7 oz alnico magent vs. 11oz in the 10125P.
