I've seen this mic discussed here, but I haven't actually been able to determine if anyone has actually played through this mic. I'd love to hear from people who may have actually used this particular microphone to play harp with and what their thoughts were. If you have clips or video of it, that would also be great.

There have been some very good reviews for this instrument mic from people that have used it with guitars, but as you know, a lot of us are looking for something different on harp, and would like to know how this actual mic compares to a SM57.

I just started playing with a mic, and like the sound of the SM57, but I don't own the mic. The GLS ES-57 is definitely a less expensive alternative, but I can't find a review from a harp player that has actually used one, just a lot of people talking about "other fakes." I wouldn't be looking at this one so hard if I hadn't seen so many good reviews of this particular mic, so if you have real hands-on information, please share it with us. I would think that a 30-40 dollar mic that gets good reviews would be worth a closer look. Thanks!
