Remember a few months back when Sorin was kind enough to make us a one-chord backing track. Several of us tried jamming to it and some were pretty good. I did not like my effort. It seemed to lack direction and structure....but, is noodling to a great one chord groove a bad thing?
At Hill Country this cat showed how it is done. I really dig the playing of Johnny Sansone.
I would love to see more players do some of this type stuff once in awhile.
