actually it's a distort.
You get it by bending that note into outer space and then move the harp side to side. Start slowly with the moving stuff and increase speed until you hit the "sweet spot".
Shaking the head is lame...don't even go there.
The learning curve will go faster if you start with making the 9 hole do it first. Also,the higher key the harp, the testier it can be.
