A new Eclectic, Electric Blues Jam on a Saturday night, what could go wrong?

The drummer's uncle phones at 6pm saying he's not feeling well (code)

At 8.45, it starts at 9, a call to the bass player, says he forgot and has gone to a barn dance.

10.30 I have played my (harp) ass off for the pissed off guitarist. Just the two of us playing for an hour and half..

The management are looking daggers!!

We are drinking, can you blame us!!

The audience does not want to know, we do not want to know..

Two players turn up and sort of rescue but it's wrong..

Good night Irene

bad, bad, bad, yes. But still fun right??

My crew didn't show to work today so we had to turn away our customers.
So now he is now going to a barn dance w/o a job! Work ethic is becoming
a thing of the past....

I was playing w/a cover band in Waikiki last night and between sets a
very good blues guitar player was busking in front of Louis Vuitton so
I played a couple tunes with him. Along comes drunk guy #1 who reached
in the case and grabbed money. Didn't get far...but lots of blue lights came
soon after!! *plug*....Watch next season HAWAII-50! It helps our economy.
Sad but true.

We started our second set to a very drunk (2:30am) and eager crowd
w/a Ska version of Jumpin Jive. Then the small dance area turned into
a Jumpin mosh pit! Kinda fun actually! Along comes drunk guy #2. Very big
military guy with arms flying having fun starts to lean back a bit to far and
landed right on me. I had time to turn my head and save my teeth but took
a bad blow to the head on the sound board. I was doubling on alto sax for a
different tune (still learning) but the horn, harp, and mic survived! My
skull now resembles a bunch of knobs in a row now. Cant wait for tonight
though! Luckily a different venue. Looking fwd to playing Minnie The Moocher!

See you Sat. Mojokane! Great job putting together the jam! Can't wait!

How about a HCH Hawaii?

MP? Hows the Crom 64 coming along? Not worth the effort? Congrads on all
your feedback with 'making the world a better place' You have defiantly
helped me and my harps continue to have fun! Much Mahalos Bra!

Aloha,
Jon
