here's what the natives do in Honolulu...
Three of Honolulu's hottest Blues bands, to perform for your listening pleasure. Mark your calendar, have your kids remind you, program you ipod. Whatever you do, don't miss this one.
A paltry $10 cover....
Doors open at 6 pm. Grab your table early. Food and drink specials...bring an appetite with you, too.

Kevin Coleman and the Blues Blasters will be opening up at 7pm.
Kevin is guaranteeing a refreshing 'out of the mainstream' blues set.
Every few months Kevin will gather Dale Machado(g), Ian Chames(b), Chip Hunt(g), George Hurd(d), and Nick Reichard(k), to rustle up a special blues set.
Always interesting, and not often heard. A good mix of English, Chicago, and West Coast blues.
..next at 8:15,Corey Funai's BLUZILLA.
Hawaii's classic blues harmonica and guitar veterans band.
Corey will bringing to the party, his usual stellar cast of characters.
The magnanimous Mr. Marc Pearlman(g), Sean Caroll(d), and Rick Snyder(b).
A pocket blues band, with a polished sense of timing and dynamics..honoring the blues greats.
Nobody 'looks' better than Corey, either.
Smooooth operator, Corey Funai, is promising a great one hour set.
Taking the house on a journey.
Headlining at 9:30 ...the incredible gospel, soul, and blues singer, Sherry Eatmon.
Her killer back up band is, Stew Sherman(d), Marc Pearlman(g), and Mark Tanouye(b). Wow!
Her church gospel roots, easily makes her the hottest 'real deal' soul singer in the state. Yup!
This night of blues, jazz,and soul, is not to be missed.
And did I mention it's also the same day of the Lords Rapture?
So if you get swept away during all the festivities, it will be understood.

That would be killer if I was in Hawaii. Blues in a place like that would be a damn fine day.
......May 21st Lmao!..... Like Y2K and 2012.......but NASA won't get a flooded inbox because of that one..... or will they?

Yeah, This place is hurtin for a robust music scene.
This is my contribution, plus I can play!
That's the kicker.
I know the planets are doing a strange alignment.

Is there any chance of the Dog showing up with his Mrs.? I would imagine that he could cut the rug pretty darn good with those fancy bedangled boots that he wears.And if the Mrs. starts to shakin her bunnys ,forget about judgement day,those babys of hers will cause those active volcano,s that you have over there to erupt.God Bless You Bra.(Dog quote)I wish I could make it,Have A Blast!
