I played the Steve Miller live Album, then tape, now CD 1000 times. My wife and I saw Steve Miller live about a dozen times when Snortin' Nortin' was his harp player.
Its Wild "Mountain Honey" for me!
The recorded version isn't nearly as good as I heard him play live. Some people can just make a chromatic sing!

I saw Norton once play in a saloon in Folsom, Ca. and was lucky enough to sit with him during intermission and he chatted about his days with Steve. A very cool guy. "Lovin in the Valley of the Moon" is my favorite.
