I believe that is Jimmy Hall of Wet Willie fame.
He plays harp with Hank Jr. and is musical director of his band.

Aha! Nice. I saw Jimmy about 10 years ago with Gregg Allman. Nice tasteful player and a top-notch singer to boot.
