That's not just blowing hole number 10, but blowing all 10 at the same time.
I was up on the Malvern Hills yesterday and it was so windy I pulled out a D harp and the wind could play all 10 holes. Turning it back to the wind enabled all 10 draw reeds to play. I tried to cover holes with my fingers to play a tune but it didn't really work. It didn't seem possible to bend any notes either.
