I received an interesting email today and am sharing it below. I haven't checked it out, so I'm not officially endorsing it. I'm just passing along the news:

I am looking for people to join in on my new web project, called
http://www.wikiloops.com -
the idea (in short) is: get yourself a backing beat, add the bassist or guitarist or whatever is available and start jammin along. Record yourself jammin along, post it for other people to join in. All on a zero cost basis.
I have been coding on this for three months, and me and some friends opened the jam on fools day, 17 days ago.
If you have a minute, please go and check us out, I'm quite sure you'll find something you'll like in the blues section.
