I have just got my first Suzuki ..a pro-master in D i have played MBs for 20 years but have been out of the loop for a while! i read about Suzuki on this forum so i treated myself! well first impressions are very good i find it to be very responsive crisp and bright it is top quality construction and i don't really notice any tuning differences..well very slightly on the chords but i can compensate for this! i am afraid to really put it through its paces as it is so new!! but by the weekend after a few days soft playing it should be fine unless someone tells me there's no need to break in a modern harp!! i think it is well worth the money and will get more, thoroughly recommended!!. Fingers
sorry title should read First Suzuki! lol

Fingers. If you find the weight and metal comb a problem after a while (I did) you can get spare reedplates and fit them into a Delta Frost, HarpMaster or BluesMaster. They are all a Direct fit.
The ProMaster is a quality harp though. ----------

@Tooka: I didn't realise they fitted into other Suzuki harps. My valved reedplates should arrive tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.

No need to baby it. Suzuki Promasters and Hammonds are EXTREMELY durable.
Hammonds have a somewhat darker tone and a more "even" feel note to note hole to hole because the Hammond combs are machined more precisely than Promaster combs.
