Hello y'all. I'm a student making a southern gothic short film about a hobo and the devil. I'm looking for a harmonica riff to be played by one of the characters. I cannot offer pay since I spent ALL of my money on other production costs. But credits will be given.

Hi FrankieS. Why don't you be more specific with what you are looking for, then those of us who are up for it could upload our efforts to this forum and you could take your pick. Some of us enjoy a challenge. Could be fun.
We'd need to know the length of riff you want, key (if you are bothered), happy/sad etc.

We even have a 'Hobo'(HoboStubs that is) in residence here who might want to participate, and another who actually performs with Satan. We can help.

WOW, great. I'm looking for about 1-2 minutes of just harmonica. The story is about a con artist who finds himself betting cards with the devil, who lures him into the forest by playing a song that the con whistles. I've been listing to a lot of Robert Johnson and James Cotton so was going for a blues song full of emotion, but not too slow paced. Or anything you would imagine the devil would be playing as he sits on a bridge. Open for own artistic interpretation. no specific key.
Oh, and if you could end the riff with a sudden stop, as if interrupted. It would also be tremendous if you could record yourself whistling somewhat close to the same tune...

I'd love to see video footage of at least the scene the harp would be played in for some visual inspiration.
