That vid is great ! Obviously, the music and technique with hand flutter vibrato and breathing phrasing is terrific. But the pan to the audience is surreal. All those suits and glasses !
Are those the Chess brothers in the front ? One dude in the back has on sunglasses ! Others are openly smoking in the background.
Sonny Boy is the king in my book. Can you imagine telling your wife to "cut out the off the wall jive" or you're gonna kill her?!!! We're in a totally different world now than these old blues masters came from.
