EDITED 'cos I copied the wrong URL... Duh. And... No idea how accurate it is (tabs make no sense to me, I'm afraid...)

There is no standard, but the most common way (I think) is used on the majority of the tabs on that site. 3 = blow 3 -3 = draw 3 -3' = draw 3 half step bend -3" = draw 3 whole step bend -3"' = draw 3 one and a half step bend
There is no indication of note or rest duration. You gotta know what the song sounds like. Other symbols may be added by the tabber and explained in the text of the tab. For example, a tabber might say "~" = vibrato, as in ~ -6
David Barrett does it another way. 6 for draw and 6+ for blow. From his website you can download a notation key for his tabbing method.

Check this out. Here's an interesting blues band whose singer impersonates Jim Morrison. He does not sound like an impersonator...HE SOUNDS LIKE JIM!!. And he does not do a drunk, raucus Jim...He does a sane, sober Jim. They only do one Doors song (an obscure one-Far Arden, I believe) that I know of.
I noticed that Adam Gussow is a "friend" to them on their channel.
Well, heck...Ya gotta click the link in the middle.
