I should know the answer to these questions, but I just can't remember it for the life of me!
Is the Marine Band Deluxe tuned the same as the Marine Band Classic?
If so how far away from 7 Limit JI tuning is it? I need to retune some harps to 7 Limit JI for an upcoming project and am thinking Deluxe might be the way to go, as they are already set up with screw assembly, etc.
How does a correctly gapped Marine Band Deluxe compare to a Marine Band Classic that has been sealed, gapped (not embossed) and reassembled?

The Deluxes sound a bit brighter, mainly down to the way they are tuned.
For me, the best tuning is 19Limit as this keeps a good tongue blocked sound with the ability to play 1st 2nd and 3rd positions.

Thanks for the link. I'm sure it will be useful.
The harps have to be retuned to 7 Limit JI. No other tuning will work for the project in question.
