Great review Jim. Cool on the low stuff. I bought a Promaster low F..had no idea there was one an octave lower.

Really like that LLF and nice idea to play Toccata & Fugue on it.

+1 on the SUKM 515 mics. I just got one a short while ago and it is a pleasure to use. Easy to handle and sounds great!

Nice playing Jim, i just got a really nice 1945 JT-30 from rharley (SUKM) last week. rharley was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed every step of the way. I'll post a vid hopefully next week when i get a bit of time to myself.

I always see those mics on the for sale page and they look beautiful. They never list the price. I couldn't find any pricing on the web page either. Is it one of those things that if you need to ask, you probably can't afford it? : ) I ended up just getting the $49 JT-30. It's my first mic in this style and I like it al lot. Got my curiousity up on some of the customized versions of it.
