Ok, I'll play. - At the very real risk of insulting someone on this forum, cos it may well be......
Well it's clearly someone who has swallowed the William Clarke handbook but forgotten that it's supposed to be blues and you have to "say" something. If it is NOT someone here (which I assume) then I'd go for Paul Lamb, although it's a bit scruffy and uninspired to be him so it would have to be a really old recording.
