Occasional player, making some friends happy and others less so :) I love to improvise with guitarists who listen to others.
I play harmonicas some 50+ years, starting with cheap ones with all the octaves arranged the same and then similar chromatic ones. One day I bought a box of small Richter-tuned diatonics - mainly to break free from dependency on guitarist's good will to play something in C or G. And I got hooked by the much bluesier feel of these.
Now I am on a never ending quest to have both this lovely bluesy expression and all the reliable chromatic tones I was used to.
