I've always enjoyed Sting's music from his earlier years with The Police to his later more mature offerings. This song I'm playing is from the old days and my renewed interest in it was sparked by hearing a great version from a Sting concert featuring Rufus Wainwright on vocals.

You can keep your Gordon Sumner - give me Gordon Shumway any day!

(nice harp playing, btw. I didn't mean this post to sound negative.)

Sloppy1, Andrew, Nate. Thanks very much.
Made me chuckle Andrew. I know Sting (Gordon Sumner) the personality is not to everyone's taste!

I loved this. Really works great in 4th position.

JSalow. Thank you. I hadn't realised I played it in 4th position! I happened to have a C harp on me when listening to this song and played the opening draw 6 notes and luckily everything easily fell into place from there!

Very nice job! I used to play this live as well and also played it in 4th position for the most part. Try playing parts of it in 3rd and 5th too, just to see what other flavors you can get.
