It's not a song title, or something like that... :)
it's a problem I have so help guys!
Something got stucked in my Special 20 Bb, in 6 hole blow. So I opened it and clean it, it start to play but like it played before. Reed isnt responding the same, there's a sort of delay beetwen blowing and hearing sound. If I play fast lick and play short note on 6 blow - there is no sound.
So, what's going on and how to fix it?

You probably bent reed inside its slot. Bend it back a bit. Lower surface of the reed have to be not lower than upper surface of reedplate. For my taste best responce from reed is when lower reed surface is at the same level as upper reedplate surface of reedplate, except first 2-3 mm of the reed which is bent up a bit.

Open the gap.
Use a toothpick. Check out video below.

In your case, you want the gap on the blow reed to be wider. Just press down gently on the reed.

It is most likely the blow reed gap is too narrow like the other guys said. It could also be that when you cleaned the harp some gunge is still stuck somewhere around the reed so a second cleaning might help.

Also keep in mind that the reed vibrate in sympathy with each other so it's possible that the reed causing you trouble isn't the cause of your trouble. If your draw reed gap is wrong that can effect your blow reed too. If everything looks like it should work correctly but your blow reed is still slow there is a good chance the draw reed is gapped too much.

Sometimes it's a whisker or skin flake that's hard to see without magnification, or maybe the reed is fractured and won't hold it's gap (is it flat?). Remember you had a problem in the first place, reeds don't just suddenly decide to gap themselves tighter. Might have also bumped it off center when cleaning

I'm with Joe that is likely a fractured reed. Open the gap a bit, plink the reed a couple of times and see if it holds the gap. If it doesn't it's likely a broken reed.

First take the harp apart. If you already have, do the above suggestions and be SURE YOU PLING ( flicking the reed gently, sounding it with something very thin to get under the reed, then lifting up to sound it ) the reed. You can also hold the reedplate up to the light to check the alignment of the reed in the reed slot.
