Thanks MP! You are quite perceptive! My modern pentatonic tuning is essentially the bottom three holes of a melody maker repeated up the harp. So yeah, definitely channelling some Lee Oskar here! ---------- == I S A A C ==
Thanks Ant and Greyowl! I hadn't thought about associating this with rap, but you guys are totally right! Getting some nice, flowing, positive rhymes over this would be sweet! It ain't gonna be me though... I've been working on vocals and lyric writing, but I'm not anywhere near to doing anything remotely good-sounding with it... I wonder if there is a site where musicians and singers/rappers can hook up and collaborate? You know, like we make a track,a nd they sing/rap over it? Kinda like the harmonica-jam site with all those backing tracks? That would be very cool to do with something like this...
