Today I ordered an additional marine band classic in key of Bb from a local store and they are kind enough to adjust the 4,5,6 for overblow before sending it to me.

I am practicing overblow and wanted to make sure harmonica is adjusted.

My question is when those guys adjust the reeds for overblow they just adjust the blow hole ? Right ?

They would not need to touch the draw holes?

The top and bottom reeds work together for bends, overblows, & overdraws. Likely the bottom reed would be gapped a bit closer to the reed plate as well as the top reed.

No mate, that’s not right.
As Ryan said, both reeds work together.
When you overblow you make the blow reed stall and the overblow note is produced by the draw reed
So you have to be able to choke the blow reed and then the air goes out through the draw reed slot. You need the draw reed to be set closely enough so that it’s actived by the stream of air. You need the blow reed set close too, so that you can choke it.
Often when people adjust harps for overblow they set the reeds so close that the harps can only be played quite gently.
A good customiser knows how to set the reeds so the harp will give easy overblows but also can be played quite normally. (I’m not that good although I usually get the 6 working quite reliably)
