Yep. As long as you stay with the same tuning system the pattern remains the same. When I first figured that out I thought it was way cool . So if you know your scale degrees, (learn them if you don't, it will make everything easier and make things more logical) the patter remains the same in all keys.
Go to overblow.com and click on the scale finder. Awesome application. You can see many available tunings and look at all available scales and cords, etc. Definitely worth a look! http://www.overblow.com/?menuid=26

You can download apps for your phone aswell. Thats what I used. There are a few good ones.
Harmonica Keyfinder HarpKey V2 Beta Etc.
They will layout the notes on each harp for you. But yes all the patterns stay the same. So a 2nd position blues scale is the same pattern through out all Richter tuned harps. ----------
All harmonicas layout the same, in terms of scale degrees. So it might make more sense for you to think of your scales, and to learn them, in terms of position playing.
Since you're just starting out, you should learn the 2nd position major and minor pentatonic scales.
Minor Pentatonic- 1+ 1 2" 2 3' 4+ 4 5 6+ Major Pentatonic- 1 2+ 2 3" 3 4 5+ 6+ To make the blues scale, add the 1' and 4' to the minor pentatonic. Blues- 1+ 1' 1 2" 2 3' 4+ 4' 4 5 6+
If you stop thinking in notes, and start thinking in scale degrees, it simplifies things. The holes are the same, no matter what harp you pick up. As long as you are in the right position (2nd position).
If you want to extend this, figure out those scales for holes 7-10. Try playing them rhythmically to jam tracks. ---------- Marc Graci YouTube Channel
