Picked up one of these shark feedback killers but i'm a little confused by its specs.

Its input impedance is 6k/3k ohms which doesn't seem to be either hi-z or low-z. My RE10 mic is 150 ohms and a transformer is 50k ohms. Neither one seems optimal.

Suggestions?

Can't answer your question, but I had a shark and never got it to much of anything. It's on a shelf somewhere.

I dunno but when you look at what 'Feedback" killers do it seems like that like they work on the principle of either attenuating the input signal and/or the frequency range.
A graphic equaliser will do the same thing? My Boss GE7 will kill feedback in an instant if i use it right.
It will cut the actual drive coming from the mike or just trim the frequency causing the Deef to happen.
