In one of Adam's videos he says "tap your foot". Those are wise words. The other night we were doing Bright Side of the Road by Van Morrison and I was doing all the harp and horn solos on an F harp and I swear I got less than half the notes right, but everyone loved it, in spite of being musicians, because it rocked. I felt like a fraud, so my new year's resolution is to practise. And Van Morrison isn't a good harp player, so I ought to be able to do better than him.

I play most of Van's songs on a G harp in 1st or 2nd. A real fun tune is "Real, Real Gone" that Van recorded with Michael Buble. You can have a great time wailing on that one.
Moving to your own music is a vital way to connect and stay connected with it. Maybe more important is when you tap, sway, bob, etc., you communicate to an audience that you're in the groove, and it becomes infectious. When you rock it you make something bigger than its parts. Synergy happens. ----------
