Love it,
Some version of BLUES MOBILE.
Copy right issue's would keep you from getting for real but that's the first one that comes to mind.

I used to have a regular plate that started with Blu and then then had a number that seemed like a year, 19##. (Unfortunately, it wasn't my birth year...)
