Where I buy my Easttop 008K diatonics there is a price difference of a couple of $, to the advantage of the blue.
No bigger deal but if you buy a batch it might get notable.
Is there, colour apart, any other difference between these two?

I think one has welded reeds and one riveted? I'm not positive if its the blue or not, but I know there are two different models like this.

If memory serves, the reeds on the T008K models are riveted, whereas the T008S version is spot welded (I have a bunch of the latter)

I've never known the difference (if there is one, other than color) between the blue and black 008K version. I think there's also a T008L in white.

Rockin' Ron or Brendan Power could probably tell you the differences

I have both black and blue 008K and there is no difference.

I have a black and a sort of pink. Have yet to even pull the covers! Decent harps.

OK, thank you, then I´ll stick to the blue(s).

Yes, pretty decent harps -- for the price. I punish my harmonicas a lot so they don´t last that long and I still have to work out the ratio of LO reed-plates vs buying new Easttops. The delivery time is ridiculous, but they are quite playable OOTB.

If you are in the states, Rockin' Ron has a deal with Danny and can get them sent quickly. The Blues Pro 008K riveted is a decent harp for a decent price.

Possibly off topic but take it from me, if you take breathing/voice lessons and find your air column and use it, you will find more focus and use less force through your reeds.

Ditto on buying them from Rockin' Ron (if you're in the states). He's incredibly fast on shipping

@groyster, it's accurate. One of the big improvements I saw was after doing deep breathing exercises. Typically most people use 25-35% of their lung capacity and diaphragm. When we learn to go deeper we find a whole new power we can access.
I'm not always a tone monster but the before and after have been impressive.
