Hi, I currently use a digital delay pedal to good effect and would like to add another pedal to get some other groovy effects What do you think, Chorus or ? Maybe to sound like an organ, please advise

The other day a member reminded me to read the archives. (I was in a hurry and didn´t think.) I will now pass on that recommendation to you -- effects pedals is probably the most extensively covered subject in the entire history of MBH.
But since you mentioned chorus I´ll say that for some tunes it´s a good thing. I bought an inexpensive such gadget from Mooer, and while it in no way makes me sound like an organ (that is considerably more expensive), it can make me sound a little bit like an accordion. For some cajun/zydeco tunes, with a bit of cheery octave playing, that works nicely.

Yeah, there is a ton of information in the archive, or using the forum search. There’s a great many options depending on what style of music you’re playing, the effect you’re after, and the overall circumstances, and budget, of course. If you’re playing blues, and you have a tone you like with mic, amp and delay, perhaps finding an organ generating pedal, or pedals (seems like you need to combine sometimes)would be good, or maybe just an octave pedal, or reverb to add to the delay, or a wah effect, etc.
I have never ever found a decent pedal that simulates an organ. I have heard a B9 pedal with a guitar, not a harp and it was sound pretty good as long as the guitar played chords. It's something I have searched around for years and in the meantime, learn to TB and play octave which is the next best ting to sounding like an organ, at least for me. Most the "organ" pedals sound "carney- like" to me. This would include POGS and the RP pedals.

Tongue blocking with a rotary pedal is a great approach.
I haven't heard too many great examples from the B9 and harp, but have heard very organ-like tones from an octave pedal and a rotary effect.
I think any of the EHX pedals that let you do an octave up and down together are a great way to go. ---------- Mike My Website My Harmonica Effects Blog
