Why do I hear nothing about these pedals? It seems like they might be very interesting, but I'm not even sure anyone in Europa has one at all..

Does Kinder not ship intercontinentally?

I would love to try one of these or see some sort of demo for them, as I'm sure many would.. Heck, I would buy one given the chance and make a demo myself, but hey are so obscure!

Does anyone have any intel on these?

I have one Willy.
It has only one purpose and it does that well. It cuts out annoying frequencies not needed in transporting an electric harp sound - at least that is what it is supposed to do and what I hear it do.

It is not a game changer, like the Kinder AFB for example, and you don’t need it for small amps because they generally don’t have those frequencies. BUT it does thicken out the tone by allowing bottom end without muddying it. Not easy to explain or to record.

To summarise - it allows bottom end and thickness by killing frequencies that muddy the sound thus allowing the harp to be both big and punchy in the mix at the same time.

Hope that helps.

I think I read somewhere that Kim Wilson uses one. Yep it's mentioned here....http://bluesharpamps.blogspot.com.au/2010/06/two-fender-deville-amps-for-harp-rig.html

Could you accomplish the same cut with an inexpensive EQ pedal like the Fish & Chips?
