Only available in Hamilton for a limited time gone... Sat on
a shelf for 35 years and then got remastered by Nick Blagona. Three pressings in three weeks, only sold at Dr. Disc. Full story is here. https://www.thespec.com/whatson-story/7574201-the-lost-session-of-king-biscuit-boy/

I bought it to hear his harp and was blown away with his vocals. What a tremendous singer he was. If there's a repress of the cd I'll let y'all know. Worth the $16 CAD.

Anyone else seen or listen to much bisquit? Would've love to have seen him. I found out he lived in Hamilton the day he died. I'd been living 10 minutes away from him most of my life...

One of my favourite songs of his that Marcus Henderson and I cover is this one.

I did around 2,000 CD reviews back in the 1990s and early 2000s and was sent several CDs by "King Biscuit Boy" but most of them are stashed in a hope chest in my closet with MANY others and I need to go thru them all.

The one I have in hand is "Badly Bent" The Best of King Biscuit Boy...it was issued by Stony Plain Recording out of Alberta, Canada...this CD is very good and a must have if you can find it :) My favorite tune on this one is "Writing You A Letter :)

This originally came out on Daffodil Records in 1976 and then in 1996 on Stony Plain Records :) There is a lot of stuff on YouTube by him also :)
