Sorry about technical question.
Could someone answer me, why i can't enter this site and forum without using Tor browser or VPN, why my Ip address was blocked? Who should I write to to solve this problem?

Hi Shestakoffvs. Unfortunately our server hosts have blocked a lot of IP addresses in the name of fighting spam, including ranges of IP addresses from some service providers. Sometimes that means we have to do some diagnostics to get a particular address unblocked. You can email me at membership@
modernbluesharmonica.com and we can see what we can do.
Do you know if you have a static or dynamic IP address? If you have a static address we can get that white listed. You'll have to run a little .rar file to generate a report for the host support and send that to me and I'll forward it to them. It gets a little more complicated if you have a dynamic address, but we can see what we can do.
