Someone mentioned(i forget where) that he had fitted a Crex into a HT.Didn't say how he had done it though .I have had a look inside my HT but it looks like you would have to basically dismantle/ruin the cabinet to do it.Or am i missing something? TIA Rick
Cannabis Rex is a 12" speaker. Won't fit the existing cutout in a HT10 (10" speaker). A L'il Buddy speaker will fit.It's an 8 ohm speaker. I don't know what the Lone Wolf speaker is.
Sorry, but I think i probably put the question in a wrong way.The 12'' will 'fit' in a Harp train (just) but i was hoping someone who has already done it could explain how to get the Baffle out in order to either cut the new speaker hole or to just replace it,without ruining the look of the amp ie how to do it so the Vinyl and grill cloth will still look good after the operation. But the more i think about it i am probably better off just putting the Amp capsule (and CR) into a new cab and putting the original cab(and speaker) into the cupboard in case of resale. But then if someone has done it successfully let me know.)
