Not terribly interesting from the harmonica perspective -- I´m just repeating the main riff -- this is still one of the few takes from stuff that I´ve done with a group of friends that I can live with. (I realised, as I now listened to it after a few years.)
That "Minglewood riff" is hard to nail with the right amount of propulsiveness and I think this is a good attempt. Sort of harking back to an early Muddy/LW sessíon.
Singing is in Swedish, if you wonder, but it´s a fairly direct translation.

Well done and good listening. I think you nailed the riff.

Good earthy quality. I have been obsessing over this recently (the Baby Face Leroy version) so thanks for posting. It might be fun to do after a few shots of whiskey.

Thanks guys, and yes it´s an infectious little thing, that riff. (A reason for musicologists to take such an interest in it.)
We did other takes where I was more present, but were in total agreement that this tune does not require any solos or free-styling if you got the groove going.
