Saturday we're heading to a friend's place to get some originals recorded and mixed. Then send off to Library of Congress for copyright. Last time we did this with him the cd we made from it went to IBC! Didn't win but landed between #6 and #30 in best self produced category.

We've gotten on a writing kick. Already have a few more to work up for the NEXT cd!

Jo is guitar and vocals and I'm harp and vocals. Last fall I got a square neck Regal guitar and I plan to learn lap slide on it. Who knows, maybe one of these days I'll do some slide work on a song!

It's always exciting to go in and work with someone who does a great job!

I will NOT go gentle into the long dark night.

Jo's guitars were a 40's/50's Regal parlor model tuned open for slide and an Epiphone Emperor VC arch top for the others.

My harps included several Manji's, mostly low D and G, along with a Suzuki SCX chromatic, and a couple of Eastop diatonics as well.

It will be a while before we get copyrights done and graphics etc., but it's coming. #3 all original!

At this stage of the game the only way to go is forward!
