Which quiler is preferred. The older micropro 200 or the newer micropro mach 2 mp200.
Also which speaker the 8 or 10?

i would think they are very similar for harp.
since we tend just to use the clean channel.

i plan on buying the micropro 45 it is 30 watts into 8 ohms
i have a 10 inch cab that will be used with it.

at $150.00 it is hard to beat

The older one is a bit less gainy, plus you have tghe choice of having the reverb work like either an outboard reverb (like a pedal or outboard reverb unit, which I MUCH prefer and makes you much less prone to feeding back when you really crank it up) or an inboard reverb unit, like it would be with a Super Reverb or any other amp with a built in reverb.

@1847
I am thinking of going that route as well.

Be very interested in how you find the set up works for you.

no doubt in my mind that this will work great, i have played thru the mach 2
and i thought it sounded excellent. i posted more than a few examples.

i have played briefly thru the micro block 45 with their 2 8 cabinet it was loud and powerful.
i swore that i would not buy anymore amps, but at $145.00 dollars it is just too hard to resist.

a friend has a blues jr that sounds fantastic, so i plan on splitting the signal with
the lone wolf terminator pedal into the junior, and then in to the micro block, and
a separate cab.

I have used and enjoyed the EH 44 Magnum amp as a light weight solid state alternative to my several tube amp options, but it is actually about 22 watts into 8 ohms, less into 16 ohms. It has been loud enough so far, especially if I use a 12" Cannabis Rex instead of the 10" 'Lil Buddy. The sound works for most of what I choose to play, which is not old school Brown Sound distorted blues.

The Quilter Microblock 45 fascinates me for its greater power and the adjustments to sound available at that great price.

If my 44 Mag amp dies or I start to find it less powerful than needed for my purposes I would likely replace it with the Microblock 45. I would just want to bring a lightweight 2x10" cab in parallel at 4 ohms, and not bother to bring other amps and split signals. Plenty of power, adjustable, simple load in. You really shouldn't need more power than that on a stage.

Any sound sample of the Microblock 45 1847? I am really curious about that amp.
