do you need to set the harp for overdraws like overblows.? What is the theory behind overdraws..? i mean, in order for an overblow to pop up, the blow reed chokes up and the draw reed sounds. Is the theory same for overdraw also. ?

Yes.

With a harp that is set up well, overdraws play just like draw bends. In fact, when I fist tried Powerbender tuning I worked on hitting those draw bends in the upper holes. After a few weeks, I was having a lot of fun controlling the pitch of the draw bends up there.

I noticed that when I picked up a standard Richter tuned harp and played overdraws, I could hit them a lot more easily because my fine motor control had been practiced in and around those pitches. It's the same muscles and mostly the same action.
