It was originally Seydel 1847 classic low tone bold body in the key of LLE and I tuned it down a half-step. Now it is lower than my Tombo Pocket Bass, my guitar and tenor Saxophone.
Jesus! You see the size of the weights on that thing! Man. I'm really surprised at the response people can get out of those. They sound like they play REALLY well. ----------
Did you use solder or just file it down to do it?
