HI folks. Could someone post or point me to a layout of how a 10 hole diatonic is tuned in Augmented tuning? I mean the actual tuning of each reed. Another way of putting it would be "which reeds are retuned and by how much?"

That seems to be "augmented", in that it is how you would tune a chromatic for augmented.
So use a C, raising the G notes to Ab on the top plate.
Bottom plate I would use reeds from an F draw plate for the top half.
