I use a Wampler Faux Analog Echo with my Super Reverb. Great delay pedal. I suspect the Faux Analog Tape Echo would be even better. These Wampler pedals are truly true bypass. When not engaged it's like it's not even there. High quality stuff.

Wampler makes excellent stuff. Their Faux Reverb pedal is one of the very best spring reverb simulator pedals out there, much better than the spring simulator I've heard on the Digitech, Boss, and even the Boss Fender outboard reverb emulator.

Analog delay is different than a real tape delay because, tho both of them are analog, with tape delay, it's based on open reel tape types and there is the old wow/flutter thing that happens like from old tape machines plus the sounds of tape hiss that you don't get with either analog or digital delay pedals. The only better tape delay being made right now is the Caitlin Bread Belle Epoch pedal, which does an awesome job of imitating on old tube Echoplex, which is THE standard every tape delay is measured against.

I currently use this pedal - have tried many delays over the years and have found this to be among the best.

That's the model I have only mine is orange. It's a llttle bright, and creates feedback if I use it with my Princeton Reverb RI, but it's perfect with my Super Reverb RI. But I've always sorta regarded effects as amp specific anyway. The tone control is useful, and like the MXR Carbon Copy the Wampler delay "saturates" the signal which is IMHO a good thing. Unlike the CC the Wampler is truly true bypass. All in all a very good pedal., Quality stuff.
