Heard this song on Sirius/XM the other day and tracked it down & purchased. This is the sweet spot where funk, funky blues, and jazz meet in the contemporary sax. I think of this as the Saturday Night Live sound. Some interesting changes--mostly a IVm7 to IV7 thing where you'd normally expect the V to IV chord thing.
