The Dixon Family pays tribute to their legendary father and grandfather Willie Dixon at the 2015 Chicago Blues Festival on June 14, 2015.

Sugar Blue and Billy Branch share the stage as well.

Sugar Blue and Billy Branch were both impressive. And - wow - you got good seats! ;)

Thanks - very cool. Who were the singers? They were terrific (sounded like they channeled Koko Taylor), as was the backup band.

@ jason - the seats were compliments of Billy Branch. It pays to be an FOB (Friend of Billy) around Blues Fest time, you get the good seats.

The singers were Willie Dixon's granddaughters, Tomiko Dixon (center), Keshia Dixon-Nelson (right, blond hair). The other woman, I am guessing, is also a granddaughter but I haven't identified her yet. The bassist was Alex Dixon (grandson) Piano - Bobby Dixon (son). Lead guitar - John Watkins. Rhythm guitar - Dan Carelli (Sons Of Blues guitarist) Drums - Andrew "Blaze" Thomas. The harp players need no introduction.

The little girl was Alex Dixon's daughter, great-granddaughter of Willie Dixon.
