Hi,
A few hours ago, I bought a JT30 style mic, but is white, and whit no tag.
Any of you have info on this particular model?

$30 is a good price for a shell.
i see a gasket from http://www.blowsmeaway.com/gaskets.html and maybe a CM/CR in your future :)

there is a pretty good chance that thing still works
please don't destroy a rare classic mic with an element
that does not belong in there.
if you want a green bullet buy a green bullet
but for gods sake please do not put a chevy motor in a Jaguar

Funny. I have a CR in my JT-30 and a brush crystal in my Green Bullet. Than means I have a 350 in my Jag and a 3.8 in my Chevy.
I'm all screwed up I guess . . .

I have it!
It is an MC-101 (038) element, still strong, but whit some cracking noise when I move it (by it self, not pluged to my amp), maybe is going to die soon (or maybe not).
It seems like if some one has painted the mic, becasue the inside is whit that white paint also (the wires painted as well)

@rogonzab; Think it needs re-soldered maybe. Man, that's cheap at 30 bucks you Americanos got it all...that would cost a small fortune in the UK!
