In response to my request, The Alternate Root has done the right thing and stopped using an altered version of this website's header as the artwork for its recent story on "Modern Blues." Thanks to all of you who supported the majordomo in his recent--and admittedly intemperate--request for spirited support.
The Alternate Root story on Modern Blues
I've deleted the other thread, as I said I would when the situation had been rectified.

they were very nice. here is the response i got:
Thanks for the information, Shakey. I was not award of the logo being used. The image was found on google images with no info attached.
I have removed the artwork from the lists and it will no longer appear on the website.
