Hey all! I've been using, what I had thought to be a NADY Bushman, for years. It's gotten a little rusty, so I bought a new one as a back up and eventual replacement. It's not at all the same Mic. Way lower output, and nowhere near the same range. Have I been using a different mic? They look identical apart from the Nady etching on the new one, including the element. Please help me figure out what I've been using! I need another!

Have any pics? (I don't know mics, but it will help the guys who do do a proper ID.)

My guess would be that Nady has cheepened their product. Both mics are Nady but the new one is a POS. It's the American way! Pull the old element and put it in the new shell or send the POS back to Nady. My opinion, as always...BN PS: Welcome to the forum Henry
