Here is a recording I made two weeks ago with my bluesical partner Karin Ljungh (pronounced "young"). Karin plays bluesy piano and sings like a bird. I've been gigging with her, off and on, for about 15 years, and intend to continue doing so for another decade, if I'm allowed to.
Here she is singing Bonnie Raitt's "Love Me Like a Man". I get a small harp part at about the 2:30 mark. It was recorded acoustically into a high quality studio mic. For all my love of harp mics and tube amps, acoustic harmonica seems to fit her songs better. Have a listen!
Cheers,

I know of the Bonnie Raitt version but unfortunately I couldn't listen to yours on my laptop as it's not set up for Quick Time Player. Think I can listen to it on my cell phone as they seem set up for it. Just thought I would mention that in case others have the same problem...

Hey Wolf, You are fortunate to have such a fine piano playing partner. Her left hand work is superb. I can dig it. Never mind that she can really sing well too! As for the harp playing; I appreciate your solo. That said, I felt that you were blowing too hard or the recording engineer made the mic too hot for the acoustic space. Just my observation, as we all know: less is more.

Nice one wolf. Love it . It is nice to hear a singer who sings tastefully and doesn't belt at you the whole time (as some of the singers do at jams I go to). I bet you have a lot of fun at your gigs.
